So far as courses go, Blizzard has confirmed the Barbarian, Sorceress, and Druid courses. Having two spellcaster classes and a melee class limits the prospective classes that Blizzard can announce for BlizzCon 2021. Blizzard will probably add another melee course as well as a dexterity-based course to complete the five launch classes for Diablo 4. With that being said, below are the classes fans will least likely see on the match launch roster.

Since there are two spellcasters declared for the game, it's almost impossible for Blizzard to add more. What's more, if Blizzard plans to bring another magic-based course, it's more likely to take place in a DLC. Because of this, the highly-demanded Necromancer class might need to take the back seat for a while. Also, the Necromancer class was part of the final match's DLC which makes it even less inclined to show up in the launch of the new game.

Everyone now knows that up to Diablo lore goes, Heaven is now out of commission after its decimation. For this reason, courses like Crusaders and Paladins that get their powers from Heaven is not as likely to appear at Diablo 4. Since Diablo 3, fans are asking Blizzard to bring an Angel course to the match. In the very least, they also need a healer class added into the game. However, given Heaven's status, in addition, this is not likely to happen in the upcoming game. Fans could argue that the devastation of Heaven is the perfect opportunity to introduce an Angelic or even Profession class. Many might find it a fantastic idea to see an Angel fighting off demons in revenge for its own realm.

The Rogue class was one of the original classes in the Diablo franchise. While there are some that needs the class to return to the game, the odds for this is low. It is true that the Rogue class relies on dexterity. However, the fact is that there are far more dex-based classes that are high in demand from fans. Blizzard may want to prioritize adding this class instead of Rogues since it is exactly what the consumer needs more. The same as Arcane Power, the Sorceress' Mana is a limited pool which regenerates extremely quickly. This produces the Sorceress capable of serious sustained firepower, provided that players can handle the resource efficiently. In Diablo 4, the Sorceress lays this down firepower through three different mediums: cold, fire, and light. Each has its own passive and active skills, in addition to unique advantages and mechanisms for the Sorceress. It is up to players if they'd like to concentrate on a single element, on two, or take a more generalist approach.
