There's no need to take it to the third tripod, but it's useful enough to be able to use both loadouts.
Execution of Justice lets you spin anywhere and sword anyone who comes close as Holy Explosion offers you an area-of effect attack. You could choose Light's Vestige as the second tripod, the identical debuff as Light Shock and Godsent Law, and theoretically replace either in your support loadout.
