How high is the Activity?
All Jarrah Honey supplied by Forest Fresh has returned test results of TA40-50. Our current Jarrah harvest returns test values in the high 40s, however the maximum value that will be certified by the ChemCentre Western Australia is TA35+, therefor our labels have been printed to show the Certified Value.
