Montreal English Comedy Club
Comedyville is a Montreal English Comedy Club that was started in 2009 by stand-up comedian Andrew Silver. The club is open to both comedians and comedy fans. There is a small cover charge to get in and there is a drink minimum. The club is located in the basement of a restaurant in the Plateau district of Montreal. Comedyville has a strict policy of only allowing clean comedy. This means no swearing, no racist, sexist, or homophobic jokes. The club also does not allow heckling. The goal of the club is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for both comedians and audience members.
