We deal with a mix of palletized goods and floor-loaded containers, and our current cross-docking warehouse does not have the right equipment to handle both efficiently. Floor-loaded cargo takes them too long to unload, and we have seen damaged goods because they do not have the proper attachments for their forklifts.
