Zero-Crystallisation guarantee on all Jarrah TA35+. Forest Fresh Honey is the first honey supplier to offer a guarantee on our Jarrah. No jar will form bulk crystallisation. All Jarrah TA35+ we package undergoes our proprietary screening process to ensure it is of the highest quality. Any Jarrah that may crystallise is of a low quality and is generally not a good Jarrah harvest.
How high is the Activity?
All Jarrah Honey supplied by Forest Fresh has returned test results of TA40-50. Our current Jarrah harvest returns test values in the high 40s, however the maximum value that will be certified by the ChemCentre Western Australia is TA35+, therefor our labels have been printed to show the Certified Value.
