We use the acronym S.A.L.T and the symbol to reflect that as seniors, we have become well seasoned with wisdom over time .
Senior and living today was created out of my love for our aging people. As a caregiver in many capacities, spanning thirty years, I realized that seniors are under served. I wanted to create a space where seniors and those who love them could come and gather useful information and resource contacts. Information that would help one truly live their best life instead of just surviving. Life is but a dream. Keep Living it!
