3 Days Himalayan Meditation & Yoga Retreat
Our shortest retreat lasts three days and two nights, and it takes place at the SV Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. It is called the Himalayan Meditation and Yoga Retreat. Through spiritual discussions, the retreat delves into the notion of yoga, guiding students in understanding and experiencing a latent yearning for a hidden quest to seek the reality inside. Along with the chance to tour a holy location in the Himalayan foothills, students will be guided through a very basic comprehension of yogic concepts. Travelers or business personnel with little time can learn the fundamentals of yoga with this short retreat. Our goal is to provide newcomers with a fundamental and useful overview of the route. of yoga, its definition, and easy methods to incorporate yoga into everyday life.
As explained in more detail below, the course cost includes lodging, meals, and excursions during the retreat. The trip typically lasts four hours and includes a visit to Kunjapuri Temple or Vashishtha Cave. The excursion may move to a new location if certain conditions are met. The course fee covers the school-organized excursion, and the school will choose the destination.
